Harkless Media International, Inc. produces content and programming for its media properties and for other media companies.

Founded in December 1998, HMI started with a single magazine concept, Cachét Magazine. HMI produced two prototypes of this flagship property which provided the guiding principles for creation of an integrated media communications company.

HMI has developed an integrated marketing strategy for Cachét which combines the elements print media, Internet media, public relations, advertising, promotions, cause-related marketing, event sponsorship and direct marketing.

Today, the direction of the company is set for full participation in new media technology opportunities. HMI's innovative strategy utilizes the convergence of several media forms. The magazine division is just one part of the HMI enterprise that spans a range of communications vehicles. HMI has four divisions: Publishing, New Media, Syndication and Broadcast Programming. Through these divisions, HMI offers products and services designed to enhance its own media properties and its clients' content and programming efforts.

Building on the strength of Cachét's successful editorial concept, HMI has positioned itself to offer new choices for information and entertainment utilizing the new media technology. The printed version of Cachét is produced quarterly and the online version enables Cachet to have greater interactivity in the community.
